AI Detailed Project Report Software

The world's first Detailed Project Report software powered by generative AI — built by the practice that has been writing these documents by hand since 2010.

Fifteen years of drafting, encoded

A Detailed Project Report is not a template exercise. It is the document a credit committee, a scheme authority or a subsidy desk reads before it commits — and it is returned for the same handful of reasons every time: a ratio that does not reconcile, a projection without a stated basis, a section the guideline required and the draft omitted.

Projectzo built the first generative-AI system for this document because the practice already knew what gets a file returned. The software encodes fifteen years of that drafting — the structure, the reconciliations and the objections — and applies it in minutes instead of a fortnight.

What the software produces

A complete Detailed Project Report of up to sixty pages, structured to the sequence institutional reviewers expect: promoter profile, industry analysis, process and capacity, market demand, project cost, working-capital assessment, profitability projections, balance sheet, cash flow, repayment schedule, break-even, DSCR and sensitivity, and the CMA forms. Financial statements are internally reconciled before the file is released — the ratios agree with the statements because the same engine produced both.

  • Structured to the format lenders and scheme authorities require, not a generic business-plan layout
  • Financials reconciled across every statement, so the ratios cannot contradict the projections
  • Projections modelled over the full repayment horizon, with the basis stated rather than assumed
  • Prepared in minutes, leaving the professional judgement where it belongs — with the professional

What the report covers

Promoter and industry profile

Background, standing and sector context assembled into the narrative opening a reviewer reads first.

Project cost and means of finance

Capital expenditure broken to its components, with the funding pattern and promoter contribution set out.

Projections and statements

Profitability, balance sheet and cash flow projected across the repayment horizon, internally consistent by construction.

Repayment, DSCR and sensitivity

Schedule, coverage and stress cases — the tests a credit committee runs before it approves.

Working capital assessment

Cycle, margin and limits computed to the method an appraising institution applies.

CMA and annexures

The supporting forms and schedules a lender asks for, generated alongside the report rather than after it.

What you receive

  • A complete Detailed Project Report of up to sixty pages, ready to submit
  • Financial statements and projections that reconcile across every schedule
  • CMA forms and the supporting annexures lenders request
  • An editable file, because the judgement calls remain yours to make

How the software runs

01

Enter the project

Promoter details, the project, its cost and the funding pattern — entered on screen as the system prompts for them. No accounting background is assumed.

02

The engines compute

Cost components, working capital, projections, repayment and coverage are modelled together, then reconciled against one another rather than assembled separately.

03

The report is drafted

Narrative sections and financial schedules are generated into the sequence an appraising institution reads, with the CMA forms and annexures alongside.

04

You review and submit

The file arrives editable. The judgement calls stay with you; the drafting, arithmetic and formatting do not come back.

Where the software fits, and where it does not

This practice is for

  • Chartered accountants and consultants preparing project reports at volume
  • CFOs and promoters assembling a file for a term loan or a subsidy scheme
  • Practices that want the drafting hours back without lowering the standard
  • Mandates where the structure is known and the work is assembly, not judgement

We decline

  • A contested valuation or a fairness opinion, which requires a signing advisor
  • A mandate whose appraisal standard is unusual enough to need bespoke drafting
  • Anyone looking for a document that says what the reader wants to hear

General questions

01 Is this the same as a report your advisors write?
No, and the distinction matters. The software produces a structurally complete, internally reconciled report in minutes. A mandate written by a senior advisor carries that advisor's judgement and signature, and is prepared against a named institution's standard. Both are on this site because they answer different needs.
02 What makes it the first of its kind?
Generative AI applied to the whole document rather than to a paragraph of it — structure, narrative, financial model and the reconciliations between them, produced together. Earlier tools filled a template; this one drafts the report.
03 Will a bank accept a report the software produced?
It is built to the structure and evidentiary standard lenders and scheme authorities apply, which removes the common grounds for return. Acceptance remains the institution's decision, as it does for any document — no software and no consultant can promise it.
04 Do I need a financial background to use it?
You enter the project details the system asks for. It handles structure, computation and reconciliation. The judgement about whether the numbers you entered are the right ones stays with you.
05 Where do I see it working?
