The practice

Projectzo is an international business consulting firm, operating since 2010.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, India and operating from four offices across 22 countries, Projectzo advises listed corporations, medium enterprises, banking institutions and government bodies. The firm is run by Intellixa Inc. and works in five disciplines: business documentation, legal documentation, business consulting, IT consulting, and corporate advisory and valuation.

What the firm produces is the documentation on which institutions decide — detailed project reports, techno-economic viability studies, feasibility studies, valuations and restructuring plans. These are the files a credit committee, a scheme authority, a board or an auditor reads before it commits, and they are prepared to the standard that reader applies.

Position

The reader is an institution, not an audience.

Projectzo is retained by NSE and BSE-listed corporations, mid-market enterprises, banking institutions, development authorities and government departments — across manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, energy, technology and services. A credit committee, a scheme authority and an auditor each apply a different test to the same file, so the standard is set by the institution receiving the document, never by house style.

Built on evidence, not assertion

Primary sources first, secondary sources named. Every figure that enters a document carries a traceable basis, so a reviewer asking where a number came from finds the answer on the page.

Signed by the advisor who wrote it

The advisor who scopes the mandate writes it and signs it. There is no research pool, no ghost drafting, and no junior handover between the brief and the delivered file.

Reviewed adversarially before release

A second senior advisor reads every document against the standard of the institution that will receive it, looking for the grounds on which it could be returned.

Method

How a mandate actually runs.

The same four movements govern every engagement, whether the file is a project report for a state bank or a fairness opinion for a board.

  1. Intake and scoping

A private conversation establishes the decision the document must support, who will read it, and what it must survive. Scope, fee and dates are fixed in writing before work begins.

  2. Research

Primary sources first, secondary sources named. Every figure that enters the document carries a traceable origin, and assumptions are recorded separately from findings.

  3. Authorship

The advisor who scoped the mandate writes it. Argument, structure and numbers are built together, so the narrative and the model cannot drift apart.

  4. Partner review and signature

A second senior reviewer reads adversarially, against the standard the receiving institution applies. The document is released under signature.

Standing

Certified, and accountable in writing.

Certification is checkable and the terms are fixed before work begins. Both are stated here because a practice asking to be trusted with an institutional file should be answerable on the record.

  • ISO 20700:2017 Management consultancy services

The standard governing how a consulting engagement is scoped, contracted, delivered and closed. It is specific to management consultancy rather than to quality systems generally.

    Certified August 2026
  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems

The quality management standard applied to the practice's research, authorship and review process.

    Certified April 2014
  • Scope fixed in writing Scope, fee and delivery dates are agreed in writing before work begins, and do not move.
  • One senior advisor A single named advisor carries the mandate from intake through final signature.
  • GST-compliant invoicing Tax invoices issued against GSTIN, with input credit available where eligible.
  • DPDP-compliant handling Client data is held, processed and returned under a documented retention policy.
Confidence

Client names are not published.

What the practice describes publicly is the class of mandate it is retained for and the kind of institution the file is prepared for — never the client. Personal and business data is held, processed and returned under a documented retention policy, set out in the Privacy Policy.
